Information you provide
If you submit the contact form, the site collects your name, email address, company or website if provided, and the information you include about your project. Please do not submit passwords, financial information, health information, or other sensitive personal data.
Information collected automatically
The site is hosted on WordPress.com. WordPress.com and its related services may process technical and usage information needed to deliver, secure, and measure the site, such as IP address, browser and device information, referring pages, pages viewed, approximate location, timestamps, browser language, country code, WordPress.com account information when a visitor is signed in, and operational logs. Their handling of visitor information is described in Automattic’s notice for visitors to users’ sites.
Contact-form security
The contact form may use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. When Turnstile is enabled, it may process technical and interaction information such as IP address, browser and device characteristics, challenge activity, and a short-lived verification token. The site sends the token and, when available, the requesting IP address to Cloudflare’s Siteverify service before an inquiry can be emailed. The form is rejected if an enabled verification check fails. When Turnstile is not enabled, the form continues to use its built-in nonce, honeypot, and timing protections.
The Turnstile integration does not send the visitor’s name, email address, company, project message, or verification token to Google Analytics or Jetpack through the site’s custom measurement events. Turnstile is a security service and is not controlled by the optional Google Analytics choice. Cloudflare describes its handling of information in its Privacy Policy.
Website analytics
WordPress.com and Jetpack Stats provide basic operational site statistics. Rich uses the available aggregate reports to understand views, visitors, popular pages, referrers, outbound clicks, and general location trends. This WordPress.com and Jetpack measurement may continue when a visitor declines optional Google Analytics.
The site also uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use the site and whether the project-inquiry experience is working. Google Analytics uses regional privacy defaults. Where regional rules permit, measurement may operate automatically. In the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Analytics storage is denied by default and Google’s transmission controls prevent advertising, behavioral analytics, and diagnostic data from being sent until a visitor chooses Allow optional analytics. Selecting Decline keeps those transmissions blocked. A visitor can change this choice at any time.
When Google Analytics is active, it may process page paths and titles, referring pages, approximate location, browser and device information, approved campaign parameters, and limited interaction events such as project-link clicks, contact-form starts, submit attempts, and confirmed successful submissions. It may use first-party identifiers such as the _ga cookie only when Analytics storage is permitted or allowed. Page URLs sent by the site are limited to the canonical path and validated campaign parameters.
The site’s custom Analytics events do not include a visitor’s name, email address, company name, inquiry text, phone number, or other contact-form field contents. Advertising storage and user data, Google Signals, ads personalization, user-provided data collection, and Google Ads linking are not enabled. Optional Google account-level data sharing is disabled. Event-level Analytics data is configured for a 14-month retention period.

Service providers and disclosure
Information may be processed by providers that support website hosting, anti-abuse verification, form delivery, email, and measurement, including WordPress.com/Automattic, Cloudflare, Google, and the configured email provider. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or security, investigate misuse, or complete a business transfer. Rich does not sell contact-form information or use it for third-party advertising.
Retention and security
Inquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to evaluate and respond, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no method of internet transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
The site’s Privacy choices control lets a visitor allow or decline optional Google Analytics. Selecting Decline prevents Google’s tag from transmitting advertising, behavioral analytics, and diagnostic data, prevents Analytics cookies from being read or written, and removes the site’s accessible Google Analytics cookies. Selecting Allow optional analytics permits normal Analytics measurement. The choice is stored in the visitor’s browser and can be changed later. These choices do not stop WordPress.com or Jetpack from providing their normal basic site statistics. Browser settings and provider tools may offer additional controls.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information Rich controls, subject to applicable exceptions. Use the contact form and identify the message as a privacy request.
Contact-form measurement
The site records a successful project inquiry only after the contact form reports a successful submission. A short-lived first-party confirmation marker is created during a valid submit attempt, consumed after a successful redirect, and removed within ten minutes if unused. A direct visit or reload of the Thank You page is not counted as a lead. The measurement event contains only the form identifier and submission method; it does not contain the information entered into the form. When Analytics consent is denied, the event is not transmitted to Google Analytics.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. Rich does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the site.
Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated as the site, service providers, or legal requirements change. The date above will be revised when material changes are made.
